1) DO I NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT?

As soon as you have booked your tour, you will receive a "packing list" from us, where everything is listed that you should bring along. With this you should have enough time to prepare your trip and organize what is missing. But no worries, the list is not a long one.

2) I DO ARRIVE BY TRAIN. HOW DO I GET TO YOU OR MY STARTING POINT?

As soon as you have booked your tour, you will receive a complete set of informations from us including arrival and departure times, any address you need, the "packing list" and more. We gladly arrange a shuttle picking you up from the close-by train station "Wilmersdorf (Angermünde)". If this is a case, please leave us a note with your the exact time of your arrival by e-mail to info[at]celine-aktiv-reisen.de

3) WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?

You reach our staff 24/7 via a hotline number. This number will be included in your booking information. This way your trip is safe and secure and you will enjoy it more!
