Please understand that we enjoy our job being outside, caring about our pets or helping our guests. And sometimes we are on our way to find new and beautiful spots we might include in our trips in the future. So if your call cannot be answered right away, send us an e-mail with your phone number and your availability. We gladly call you back as soon as possible.

Our office hours: Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm.

Since we are a small private business and not a global player, please note that our reply might take some two or three days, not counting weekends. Additionally, our trips are sold out quickly, so be an early bird!

• Caravan tours should be optioned 6 months prior to the date of departure.
• Donkey tours should be optioned 12 weeks prior to the date of departure.
• Bicycle tours should be optioned 4 weeks prior to the date of departure.
• Hiking tours should be optioned 6 weeks prior to the date of departure.

Each tour has an individual starting point. You will get a detailed overview with all addresses, info material on the spots and the pets as well as recommendations on what to bring and what is provided by us as soon as your booking is completed. Please let us know in advance when you are planning to visit one of the starting points before your trip. This way we can make sure, somebody is there and can answer any questions.
